Bakcycle
As the fifth company to complete the vertical integration structure of Bakioğlu Holding Packaging Group Companies, Bakcycle Recycling San. ve Tic.Aş was established in 2021, with the aim to recycle plastic packaging waste and to transform these into granules, meeting an important need in the journey of sustainability and circular economy. Bakcycle will perform mechanical recycling at the initial stage, therefore it aims to incorporate all of the industry's most advanced technologies, such as optical separation, hot washing, laser filtration and deodorization. A recycling facility that includes this equipment is not yet available in Türkiye, and the number of its European and US equivalents are very few.
It is planned to carry out Bakcycle AŞ's activities, inside a closed area of 12,850 m2 built on a 20,000 m2 of plot in Aliağa Chemical Specialization and Mixed Organized Industrial Zone.
